Wine Cellar
At the Grand Hôtel du Lion d’Or, wine is a family tradition. Initiated to the world of wine by his grandfather Alain Barrat and the latter's passion for bottles and magnums
- "where a wine's flavor really develops" - all wines are selected as a family.
Our wine list features more than 800 bottles of wine, 250 of which are dedicated entirely to the Loire Valley.
Among these, you'll discover exclusive vintages developed by the winemakers and Chef Didier Clément himself, including the famous "Silex Lion d'Or" vintage with its Pouilly-Fumés from the vineyards of Didier Dagueneau.
