In the Golden Triangle of the Loire Valley Castles
Our house is located in Romorantin-Lanthenay, in the heart of the Loire Valley's "golden triangle," halfway between Chambord (30 minutes by car), Valençay (25 minutes by car), Chenonceau (45 minutes by car), and Cheverny (25 minutes by car).
Enjoy the atmosphere of the charming shops in the town center. Discover, as you wander through the narrow streets, the half-timbered houses and remarkable buildings that bear witness to the past.
Stroll along the Sauldre River in Ferdinand Buisson Park, passing by the children's playground and leading to Fishermen's Island and the Chinese pagoda.
Visit the Sologne Museum or the Matra Automobile Museum and their temporary exhibitions. From Rue du Paradis to Beauvais Park, a walking tour through the town's charming, unusual alleyways can be arranged.
